Overview
Depending on the nature of your request, we have different groups standing by to help support and listen. See the relevant section below to get in touch with the team best suited to your question.
Brex Support
Brex Support is available 24 hours, seven days a week, to help you with any account questions. You can chat with us or find our support email address and phone number in your dashboard by clicking Support in the top right .
About card expenses
If you have questions specifically about card expenses, you can contact our support team for help by following the steps below. Step 1: In your dashboard, go to your Wallet tab. Step 2: Click on any transaction and, in the details pane, click the three dots > Contact support team. Step 3: This will open a chat with our support team. Choose the most relevant topic or type in a question.
Primary representative
Your primary representative is your direct point of contact at Brex, who you can reach out to at any time with account -related questions. Your representative is there to support you over the lifespan of your account, and will help customize your Brex experience to meet your individual business needs. Account or card admins can reach their primary representative by phone or email, or by scheduling a Zoom meeting. Note: Live Brex Support will still be offered, if you prefer. Your primary representative will be noted in your dashboard under Support in the top right corner, along with their direct phone number, email address, and a link to schedule a meeting with them. You can also find this information in your Brex app by tapping Settings and clicking Contact your account representative under Support.
About Early Access Programs
Brex will roll out features that are available for early access. These features are in development and allow Brex to build products centric to your feedback. To sign up and participate, you may either:
- Reach out to your Brex Primary Representative (with the steps outlined in the section above).
- Reach out to Brex Support and chat with us.
Your respective Brex Primary Representative will follow up with next steps.
Note: Early access features may differ from the completed feature functionality. Brex welcomes your engagement and feedback.
Chat trouble
The chat function is an easy way to get in touch with our Brex Support team. However, keep in mind that the feature is only accessible through your Brex dashboard under Support or your Brex app by clicking the cog > Support. You can also chat with our support team through the link at the bottom of every help article, after logging into your Brex account. If you don't yet have a Brex account, please complete the application to the best of your ability and a member of our team will follow up with you. If you're trying to access chat through your Brex dashboard and are not seeing a chat screen, please make sure to disable any ad blockers for Brex.com and try again. Note: Browser extensions have access to all page data, so make sure that you only install extensions you trust. If you have third-party cookie blocking enabled, please disable it by following the steps below, and try again. Step 1: In your Google Chrome browser, click the three dots at the top right and then Settings. Step 2: Go to Advanced > Privacy and Security > Site settings. Step 3: Select Cookies and uncheck the box next to Block third-party cookies and site data.

Travel support
If you’ve booked a trip with Brex travel, or have a question that you need help with, you can reach Brex travel support 24/7, year-round for assistance.
In your dashboard
Step 1: In your Brex dashboard, click Support at the top right of your screen.
Step 2: Navigate to the Travel section and choose your preferred way to connect with an agent:
- Chat: Click Live chat
- Phone: Call +1 (800)-610-7379
- Email: Email support@travel.brex.com
Brex travel support can also be reached within Trips > Manage reservation.
In your app
Step 1: In the Brex app, click the settings logo at the top right of your screen.
Step 2: Navigate to Support and choose your preferred way to connect with an agent:
- Chat: Tap Chat and then Live chat under Travel support.
- Phone: Tap Call and press the number next to Travel support: +1 (800) 610-7379
- Email: Tap Email and then support@travel.brex.com
Brex travel support can also be reached within Trips > Reservations > Contact an agent.
Rewards
Travel rewards
If you have questions about your travel arrangements, you can reach out to the travel partner you booked through (Spotnana) at any time from your Brex dashboard. To do this, go to the Rewards tab > Book flights and hotels and follow the instructions there to get in touch with a support agent. Note: Dedicated booking support or travel agent consultation is not included.
Direct hotel outreach
Below is a list of some scenarios that may require you to contact the hotel directly, as changes, cancellations, or refunds cannot be handled by a Spotnana agent or through the Spotnana Online Booking Tool (OBT) when either booking with points or with a credit card.
- You want to change a non-refundable hotel booking
- You want to change a refundable hotel booking after the 'change / cancel until' date specified by the hotel
- You want to change a refundable or non-refundable hotel booking on or after the check-in date
- You would like to request a refund or cancellation penalty waiver for a non-refundable booking or a refundable booking past the 'change / cancel until' date specified by the hotel's policy
- You need to cancel your hotel booking after the check-in date
Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded and cannot accept changes or modifications. It's important to keep in mind that when you book a non-refundable reservation, you are typically agreeing to pay for the entire stay regardless of whether you actually use the room or not. Non-refundable bookings are offered by hotels to guarantee revenue, as cancellations and no-shows can be costly for them. However, hotels may be able to process your request on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the hotel directly and explain the situation. They may be able to offer you a credit for a future stay or work with you to find a solution.
Gift cards
If you need help with a gift card redemption, click Support in the top right of your dashboard. If you have already redeemed points for a gift card, reach out to the Tango Support Team going to help.tangocard.com and opening the chat window on the lower right. You can also send an email to cs@tangocard.com or call 877.558.2646 (Mon-Fri 6am-5pm PT).
