Our commitment to the business community

There’s a lot of uncertainty right now, and the most important thing is that your family, friends, and coworkers are all safe and healthy. At the same time, we know our customers are understandably worried about the impact that recent events will have on their business.

At Brex, our mission is to reimagine financial systems so every growing business can realize their full potential. In the challenging days ahead, we want to help you navigate these uncertain times and come out stronger than ever.

Connecting you to SBA Loans and resources

On March 27, 2020, President Trump signed the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) into law, providing an additional $349 billion in Small Business Administration (SBA) loans in direct response to the Coronavirus pandemic.

We want to help connect you to the capital you need as quickly as possible, so check out the resources below to help you understand, navigate, and apply for an SBA loan.
Navigating SBA loans. Read more about the SBA, the different loan options available under the CARES Act, and how to apply for loan forgiveness if you’re eligible.
Navigating the CARES Act with the right advice. Find 6 of our partner accounting firms who are committed to bringing you the most up-to-date loan information and resources to help determine your eligibility and direction in applying.
Apply directly through a lending partner. Brex customers who are interested in applying for an SBA loan can reach out directly to one of our partners to receive support in completing and submitting their application.

Leading Startups Through Unprecedented Change

Here for you no matter what

Our customers rely on Brex to keep their companies running smoothly, and we don’t take that trust lightly. Here are a few of the ways we’re making sure we’ll continue to provide the service your business depends on.

Financially strong
As a steward of customer funds, we’re committed to maintaining a strong financial position in any economic environment to help our customers grow for decades to come.
100% remote workforce
Since mid-March, we’ve shifted to an entirely remote workforce to keep our employees and their families as safe as possible. Using a variety of secure, collaborative web services, we continue to serve our customers from hundreds of cities and towns. Our People team is actively monitoring the recommendations from the CDC and we’ll continue to adapt our plans accordingly.
Live customer support
Uncertainty can bring a lot of questions. With response times in 2 minutes or less, our live customer support team is here to help you work through any unique challenge or question your business might have.
We’ve recently worked with customers to cover flight costs when airlines don't reimburse them and have also offered new payment cadences to help customers maintain higher limits.

Ways to save time and money

Right now, every company is looking to do more with less. Here are the ways Brex can help.

Giving you more control and visibility
Even when everyone is working remotely, your finance team will still be able to review all spend by employee and department in the Brex dashboard. If there used to just be one physical Brex card in the office, you can always distribute virtual cards to your remote employees with just a few clicks. And if budgets are changing, you can quickly and easily adjust credit limits on individual cards.
Make your money do more
We know that every customer is trying to find a way to cut costs and extend runway. Our corporate cards offer higher limits than traditional cards, as well as partner discounts like up to $100,000 AWS Activate credit (depending on eligibility), 20% off an annual Zoom subscription, and more.
Save time so you focus on the big picture
With things changing by the day, you’re probably wearing a lot of hats. With features like automated receipt-matching and accounting integrations, Brex helps you streamline your financial workflows to save time. And remote employees can use the mobile app to update expenses wherever they are.
