What you’ll do

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Employee Experience Lead to enhance the employee experience within our hybrid culture, ensuring employees feel connected, engaged, celebrated, and supported. You will lead our internal event programs – including offsites, in-office events, and company milestones – to foster a culture of collaboration and connection. With a creative and strategic mindset, you’ll partner cross-functionally to design experiences that reflect our culture and values while making a lasting impact on employee engagement.

Where you’ll work

This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in office at least 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide and in-office hub events, including offsites, celebrations, and hybrid experiences.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Workplace, IT, Internal Communications, and other teams to ensure seamless event design and communication.
  • Create an office events playbook and promote best hybrid workplace practices.
  • Collaborate with hub Office Managers to develop and implement engagement programs tailored to their unique employee communities.
  • Manage employee recognition programs, including Brexiversaries, milestone celebrations, and other meaningful recognition.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effective and high-impact initiatives.
  • Maintain updated documentation for our internal event programs and processes.
  • Actively collect and analyze employee feedback to enhance engagement strategies, ensuring continuous program improvements and alignment with company culture strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in event planning or employee engagement project management experience
  • Willingness to travel as needed, up to twice per quarter.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage both detailed tasks and program strategies
  • Creative and strategic mindset with a passion for cultivating a positive workplace culture
  • Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts with vendors
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and building strong relationships across teams

Bonus points

  • Proficiency with design and project management tools (Canva, Jira, etc.)
  • Knowledge of tools and platforms for event management

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $103,960 - $129,950. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
