Introducing a new way to manage expenses on the go
When we started Brex, we wanted to re-imagine the way payments would work for a new generation of companies. We built everything from the ground up, from our dynamic underwriting model to our tools for instant receipt capture.
We also know that, more than ever, people want ways to seamlessly track and file expenses and manage their spending on the go.
So today we are very excited to announce that we are rolling out our first Brex mobile app to our customers. We’ve already worked to make the expense workflow as simple as possible for employees with automated receipt matching. Now we’re empowering employees with even more tools to manage their expenses on mobile devices.
With the new Brex mobile app, you’ll get:
- Easy and error-free expensing. We’ve worked to make your expense filing even easier by allowing you to snap a photo and leave a memo for each expense directly in the app. No more potential auto-match errors with SMS receipt-matching!
- Granular transaction details. You can find all your transactions in the Brex app with more detail, as well as search transactions by vendor. You’ll also be able to write memos for each transaction.
- Brex card management on the go. You can see all of your Brex card details, as well as lock and unlock your cards when needed.
You can also now get an even better look at all their spending activity without needing to wait until they’re in front of their desktop computer — your individual spending totals are refreshed in real-time.
This is, of course, just the start of our work to provide the best mobile experience possible.
