Finance at Brex
The Finance team leads financial planning and analysis as well as corporate development, which includes board communications, investor relations, fundraising, and M&A. We strive to be agents of change rather than a reporting function. We’re integrated and partner closely with teams across Brex to evaluate key questions, solve problems, and drive results. Through our corporate development efforts, we are also deeply involved in long-term planning and major strategic decisions for the company.
What you’ll do
As a Salesforce Administrator at Brex you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support for our primary Sales, Support, and Operations tools in the Salesforce ecosystem. Your primary focus will be Salesforce, but you will also support other applications that streamline our business workflows. You will have broad exposure to our technical stack and gain diverse expertise in a variety of tools and technologies. You will work directly with key business stakeholders and be a strategic partner in their success and the growth of the company.
Where you’ll work
This role will be based in our Sao Paulo office. You must be willing to work in office at least 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday, starting the week of September 1st, 2025. when we open our Sao Paulo office. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year, for a minimum of one week at a time.
Responsibilities
- Support everyday requests and questions from Brex employees for Salesforce and other business systems
- Provide governance and change management for our various business applications
- Support in the deployment, testing & validation of metadata changes for the Salesforce team releases
- Partner with our business stakeholders to configure and develop strategic enhancements
- Collaborate with our developers and program managers to execute on major initiatives
- Build reports and dashboards
- Writing and maintaining documentation for new business processes and features
- Keep up to date with latest updates and patches
- Manage security and access controls
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce administration
- Experience administering or developing other Sales and Support Business Applications
- Experience managing a ticket queue and triaging new bugs and requests
- English proficiency/fluency, both written and speaking (note: interviews will be conducted in English)
- Must be willing to work in office 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday, starting September 1st, 2025 when we open our Sao Paulo office
Bonus points
- Certifications in Salesforce or other Business Applications
- Can assess and vocalize ways for the Salesforce team to improve and simplify business processes
- SQL Expertise
- Familiarity with Looker or other data analytics tools
- Experience in a Sales or Support role
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
