Pilot and QuickBooks Online integration

Overview

Pilot will set up the automatic feed of Brex transactions into QuickBooks Online as part of the bookkeeping process. If you don’t already have a Pilot account, you can sign up here.

Setup instructions

Step 1: Make sure all of the following are true:

• You’re a Pilot customer using bookkeeping services.
• You use QuickBooks as your primary ERP platform.
• You’ve disabled your QuickBooks ERP integration before initializing the Pilot integration to prevent duplicate transactions in your ERP.

Step 2: Follow the steps here to grant access to your new Brex account. Step 3: Once Pilot has access, they’ll set up the integration between Brex, Pilot, and QuickBooks Online for you. To avoid duplicate transactions, please avoid enabling the Brex <> QuickBooks Online integration yourself. After Pilot has set up the integration, Brex transactions will automatically start exporting over to Pilot and QuickBooks Online daily.
